On Track Recruitment Solutions are seeking Labourers, Plant Operators, Leading Hands, and Drainers for civil construction projects across Perth Metro.
What the role involves:
- Civil construction tasks including labouring, assisting trades, and drainage installation
- Operating plant machinery (Excavator, Loader, Roller, Watercart, etc.)
- Supervising small teams (for Leading Hands)
- Site clean-up and general support duties
- Proven experience in civil or construction works
- White Card
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Tickets/machinery licences for operator roles
- Ability to work safely and as part of a team
