On Track Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking experienced Civil Crew Leaders for multiple FIFO and Perth Metro projects.
We are looking for Crew Leaders with civil construction experience across a variety of projects.
About the roles:
You will be working across major civil projects, including structures, drainage and concrete works. Opportunities available on both FIFO rosters and local Perth-based sites.
Key responsibilities:
- Concreting, steel fixing, carpentry and drainage works
- Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
- Working with formwork, reinforcement, concrete, culverts and laser levels
- Maintaining strong safety standards on site
- 10 years civil construction experience
- Proven experience leading crews and coordinating daily works
- Ability to plan tasks, drive productivity and enforce safety standards
- Experience liaising with supervisors and clients
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen
- Strong work ethic and reliability
