On Track Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking experienced Rail Track Workers for ongoing FIFO work on a major rerail project across WA.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly experienced rail maintenance team working on a long-term infrastructure project on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with rerail and rail renewal activities.
- Carry out rail joint changeouts and general track maintenance.
- Assist with rail grinding and associated maintenance works.
- Operate safely within a rail maintenance crew.
- Follow site procedures, safety requirements and safe work practices.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
About You
- Previous rail construction or rail maintenance experience.
- Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card (preferred).
- Current White Card (essential).
- Current Fortescue inductions.
- Current DTI inductions.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding outdoor environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
