On Track Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Permit Room Officer to join a busy industrial site based at Kwinana Bulk Terminal. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Permit to Work (PTW) or safety systems experience looking to join a long-term project in a safety-focused environment.

  • Contract through until 30th November 2026
  • $41.26 per hour (flat rate)
  • Monday to Friday, up to 40 hours per week
  • Occasional weekend work available

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer the Permit to Work (PTW) system across operational and maintenance activities.
  • Review and approve permits and supporting documentation to ensure work is safe, compliant and authorised.
  • Coordinate and verify high-risk work permits, isolations and lockout/tagout processes.
  • Conduct field inspections to confirm site readiness and compliance with permit conditions.
  • Maintain accurate permit records and ensure compliance with site safety standards and legislative requirements.
  • Support the site safety team with compliance and safety initiatives.
About You
  • Previous experience issuing or coordinating Permit to Work (PTW) systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience in heavy industrial, mining, construction or maintenance environments.
  • Knowledge of WA Work Health & Safety legislation and safe work practices.
  • Strong communication, organisational and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong computer literacy.
  • WHS qualification or relevant safety experience is highly regarded.
