This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a major capital project by developing, maintaining and analysing integrated project schedules across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, baseline and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Oracle Primavera P6.
- Build logic-linked, resource-loaded schedules that accurately reflect project scope and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and provide weekly and monthly schedule updates.
- Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and delays.
- Integrate subcontractor schedules, procurement activities and design deliverables into the master schedule.
- Support project teams with forecasting, reporting and schedule optimisation.
- Assist with delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments where required.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors and key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project scheduling.
- At least 3 years' experience on major infrastructure, mining or construction projects.
- Advanced experience using Oracle Primavera P6 (essential).
- Strong understanding of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Critical Path Method (CPM) and project controls.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle including design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
- Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Planview or schedule risk analysis software will be highly regarded.
