On Track Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Osborne Park office on a 3 month temporary contract starting in January.
This is a hands-on role supporting WA’s civil, rail and infrastructure projects during a busy period.

The role
  • End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar civil roles
  • Writing and posting job ads
  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Completing reference, VEVO and criminal checks
  • Booking and managing medical and functional assessments
  • Managing onboarding and compliance in recruitment systems
About you
  • Previous blue collar recruitment experience is essential
  • Strong communication skills and confident phone manner
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
