The Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from job order through to placement
- Write and post job advertisements
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Complete reference checks, VEVO and criminal checks
- Book and manage medical and functional assessments
- Manage onboarding and compliance within recruitment systems
- Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records in JobAdder
- Work closely with the team to meet client requirements
- Previous blue-collar recruitment experience
- Strong communication skills and confident phone manner
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
