On Track Recruitment Solutions is seeking experienced Road Maintenance Crew Workers to join a road construction and maintenance team across Port Hedland and Karratha.

We are ideally looking for candidates already based in the Pilbara region who are seeking consistent local work. The assignment is expected to commence in late August 2026 and continue through to approximately 28 February 2027.

What’s on Offer?
  • $45–$55 per hour, depending on experience
  • Approx. 50 hours per week
  • Port Hedland / Karratha locations
  • Contract through to approximately February 2027
  • Meals and accommodation arrangements available where authorised overnight travel is required
The Role
  • Road construction, reconstruction and maintenance
  • Culvert, headwall and drainage works
  • Sign and guidepost installation/replacement
  • Wire rope and W-beam barrier repairs
  • Vegetation and general roadside maintenance
  • Operating minor plant and equipment
  • Assisting with traffic management activities
  • Completing works safely and to required Main Roads standards
About You
  • HR Driver’s Licence – essential
  • White Card – essential
  • First Aid – essential
  • Previous road maintenance, civil or construction experience
  • BWTM and Traffic Control accreditation highly regarded
  • HC Licence highly regarded
  • Skid Steer, Loader or other plant tickets highly regarded
  • Reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working outdoors in Pilbara conditions
