On Track Recruitment are seeking a Training Officer on a 6-month contract, Monday-Friday 40 hours per week to support one of our clients in Fremantle and Kwinana. In this role, you’ll play a key part in enhancing workforce safety, capability, and operational efficiency, while making a tangible impact on training and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities:  
  • Design and maintain training and competency frameworks that support evolving operational requirements
  • Work closely with external training partners to ensure accredited training pathways align with current standards and best practice
  • Contribute to the development of practical, fit-for-purpose operational training aligned with organisational and workforce objectives
  • Coordinate and support the rollout of training initiatives across the operational workforce, driving strong engagement and completion outcomes
  • Maintain training records and competency data, supporting the accuracy and integrity of workforce capability reporting
Requirements for the role:
  • A current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Experience conducting Verification of Competencies (VOCs)
  • Knowledge of training and development
