About the Role:
You will provide high-level administrative support to allocated divisions while assisting with reporting, stakeholder engagement activities, and document management. This is a diverse role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support to allocated divisions
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder events
  • Support the EA with ad hoc and divisional-specific tasks
  • Provide document management support
  • Provide reception coverage and respond to general enquiries
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
