Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to allocated divisions
- Raise and receipt purchase orders
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder events
- Support the EA with ad hoc and divisional-specific tasks
- Provide document management support
- Provide reception coverage and respond to general enquiries
- Previous experience in an administrative support role
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
