Key responsibilities:
- Design and maintain training and competency frameworks that support evolving operational requirements
- Work closely with external training partners to ensure accredited training pathways align with current standards and best practice
- Contribute to the development of practical, fit-for-purpose operational training aligned with organisational and workforce objectives
- Coordinate and support the rollout of training initiatives across the operational workforce, driving strong engagement and completion outcomes
- Maintain training records and competency data, supporting the accuracy and integrity of workforce capability reporting
- A current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Experience conducting Verification of Competencies (VOCs)
- Knowledge of training and development
