Payroll & Bookkeeper - Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Hours) considered

We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Officer / Bookkeeper to join our team at On Track Recruitment Solutions in our Osborne Park office. You will be working in our business not in a clients. We are open to full-time hours or part-time hours with flexible start times.
 
JOB ROLE:
  • Weekly Payroll & Invoicing using Astute Payroll & Invoicing software 
  • Bookkeeping (reconciliations in Xero)
  • Managing accounts payable/receivable
  • Statutory Reporting and Payments – Assisting in preparation of Superannuation, BAS, PRT, PAYG. You will be assisting our external BAS Agent. 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • National Accreditations in Payroll, Bookkeeping or Accounting
  • Proficient in using Xero and Astute Payroll & Invoicing software
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Confident telephone manner and strong customer service focus
