As part of our recruitment and mobilisation team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting exceptional candidates for civil and related blue-collar projects throughout Western Australia.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining an active candidate pool
- Writing and posting job ads to attract top talent
- Conducting thorough interviews and selecting the best-fit candidates
- Performing reference checks to ensure candidate quality
- Coordinating smooth mobilisations of candidates to project sites
- Regularly checking in with clients and candidates to maintain strong relationships
- Conducting site visits to stay connected to the projects you are supporting
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the Civil sector
- Strong communication skills – in person, over the phone, and via email
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing your own desk
- A genuine team player who contributes to and values a supportive work environment.
- A current driver’s licence for convenient mobility

- Permanent full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm
