Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for business growth.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proven experience in business development within the blue-collar labor hire or recruitment industry, preferably in Western Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
