Who we are
Established in 2017, On Track Recruitment Solutions is a WA-based labour hire and recruitment partner for the civil, rail, mining and mechanical sectors. We started in Osborne Park and still work from there, supplying workers to Perth metro projects and to FIFO and regional sites across Western Australia.
We blend practical site know-how with an ISO 9001 certified management system. We back every placement with genuine care: thorough screening, support while our people are on site, and regular check-ins with you and our workers.
What we do
We supply operators, trades, labourers and supervisors through labour hire for projects, shutdowns and busy periods, and we recruit permanent staff through our permanent recruitment service. Our mission is to provide dependable workforce solutions that drive client success and create opportunity for our people.

We check the tickets and licences each role and site needs before anyone is put forward.

We check references and confirm experience, so the people you meet suit the job.
Drug and alcohol tested
Drug and alcohol testing is completed on every placement before the worker starts.
Inductions and site rules
Workers complete the inductions your site requires and follow your site rules.
Regular check-ins
Your recruiter keeps you updated, usually daily, and stays in touch with our workers on site.
A team for your project
A Recruitment Team Leader confirms your requirements and an Account Manager stays in touch with your team.
