Workforce options

At On Track Recruitment Solutions our sole focus is the supply of Labour Hire & Recruitment to the Civil, Rail, Mining and Construction Industries

We seek to attract and retain skilled, reliable people to meet our clients’ needs. Our turnkey solutions enable our clients to focus on their core business whilst getting experienced, capable, and compliant employees. We take the hassle out of recruitment and labour hire.

Recruitment is more than an ad. For permanent roles in civil, rail and mining, we search our network, pick up the phone and screen every candidate, so you only meet people who suit the role.

Checks and compliance

Before anyone starts, we check their tickets, licences and references and complete drug and alcohol testing on every placement. We check tickets and licences before every worker starts. We make sure workers have the inductions your site requires, and we check in regularly with you and our people on site.
