    Yes. FIFO labour hire crews stay employed by On Track for project work, shutdowns or longer terms, and you pay an hourly charge rate. Permanent FIFO hires join your payroll for a one-off placement fee.

    Who manages onboarding and mobilisation?

    For labour hire, we manage onboarding, timesheets and payroll, and confirm start dates, rosters and inductions with you and the worker. You get an update every evening while we fill your roles, then regular contact after that.
