Paul keeps On Track running with structure, accountability and clear communication across recruitment, finance and sales. With 20+ years’ leadership and operations experience, he helps ensure clients get job-ready people, fast turnarounds and consistent service without surprises. Paul also drives the culture inside OTRS — setting high standards, supporting the team, and keeping the business practical, responsive and focused on doing the right thing by clients, candidates and collegues.
Kyah O Toole (Recruitment Team Lead)
With 3+ years’ experience in WA labour hire, Kyah runs a blue-collar team servicing our civil, rail and mechanical clients. She pairs proper screening (face to face interviews, tickets, references) with clear updates, so supervisors get usable shortlists fast. She mentors the team and keeps our processes, onboarding, and on-site support clear, and genuinely useful.
Jade Beresford (Office Manager)
Jade keeps the wheels turning. With 8+ years’ experience in finance and office management, she manages payroll and resolves issues quickly, keeping clients, colleagues, contractors, and candidates happy.
Lara Devlin (Recruitment Consultant)
Lara brings a mix of hands-on site experience and recruitment knowledge across mining, civil and labour hire. With experience operating watercarts, dump trucks, rollers and haul trucks, she understands what clients need from reliable, site-ready candidates. Her recruitment background helps her check tickets, licences, medicals, inductions and site requirements with confidence, while keeping candidates supported from mobilisation through to placement. Practical site insight, strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of blue-collar recruitment.
Val Logvinenko (Recruitment Consultant)
Val brings hands-on HR, recruitment support, mobilisation, training and compliance experience across WA labour hire and mining support. She helps keep workers site-ready by managing tickets, licences, inductions, medicals, training records and compliance checks, while supporting candidate care and mobilisation from start to finish. With a Human Resource Management background and strong attention to detail, she helps make sure our people, paperwork and client requirements stay organised and on track.
Daniel O Leary (Director)
Danny turns real site experience into practical systems that help On Track scale. With 15+ years’ rail construction experience across the UK and Australia, he leads operational strategy across mobilisation, compliance, risk and continuous improvement. His focus is on keeping standards clear, crews site-ready and projects moving safely and efficiently.
David O Leary (Director)
David drives On Track’s business development, commercial strategy and growth across WA’s civil, rail and mining sectors. With nearly a decade in labour hire and recruitment, he works with clients to understand their workforce needs, strengthen long-term partnerships, and shape labour solutions that support safe, reliable project delivery. His focus is simple: build a stronger business, deliver consistent service, and keep On Track responsive, accountable and easy to deal with.
