On Track Recruitment Solutions are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Osborne Park office.

The Role
This is a hands-on role supporting WA’s civil, rail and infrastructure projects. You’ll manage the full recruitment process while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities include:
  • End-to-end recruitment across a range of roles (primarily blue-collar)
  • Writing and posting job ads
  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Conducting references, VEVO and police checks
  • Booking and coordinating medicals and functional assessments
  • Managing onboarding and compliance within internal systems
About You
  • Previous recruitment experience preferred (blue-collar highly regarded but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
